- Pin grading
Grade A: Best of the batch, basically perfect! (I say "basically" because there's no such thing as a perfect pin since they're all handmade.) May have tiny flaws such as little scuffs or scratches, but nothing noticeable unless examined extremely closely.
Grade B: Minor flaws, such as slight scuffs, scratches, or under/overfills, but overall unnoticeable and do not detract from the overall pin.
Grade C: More obvious flaws, such as larger scuffs and scratches, more significant under/overfills, or discoloration. Overall, still in great condition and a great fit for anyone who really enjoys wearing their pins out and about!
Seconds: Serious manufacturing defects, such as broken or severely bent backing posts. The prices for these pins are quite discounted.
- Where are you based and do you ship internationally?
I'm based in the US and yes, I do! I ship to all countries except those on the USPS restrictions list.
Update: I am currently not shipping to the UK via my bigcartel shop. However, I am still shipping to the UK on my Etsy shop! Please be aware that any customs duties and import taxes are of the buyer's responsibility. All international orders will be marked as merchandise on customs forms at full value.
- How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping will be a flat rate of $4.25.
International shipping rates vary depending on your location. These rates are determined by USPS.
- How will orders be shipped and when will my order get to me?
Domestic orders will be shipped USPS First-Class with tracking. International orders will be shipped USPS First-Class Package International Service with tracking for many, but not all locations. Please keep in mind that due a variety of factors, delivery times may vary.
Domestic: 2-5 days
International: 2-8 weeks
I do my best to protect the pin as well as I can through packaging and tracking, but once it leaves my hands, I unfortunately have no control over and cannot be responsible for the pin.
- I would like to hold a group order!

- What are pre-orders?
Pre-orders means that the pin you are ordering currently does not exist as a physical good. However, by pre-ordering, you will be helping bring the pin and its design into existence! Think of it as the same thing as pre-ordering an album.
- What are the benefits of pre-ordering?
Those who pre-order are guaranteed pins, are guaranteed Grade A pins, and will get a slight discount when ordering compared to those who purchase instock. Furthermore, I include mor freebies with pre-orders!
- How long will it take to get my pin if I pre-order?
As pin manufacturing can take a while, please be fully aware that pre-ordering may mean you will have to wait anywhere from 9-12 weeks for those in the US, and 2-4 additional weeks for international buyers. However, you get the full benefits of pre-orders, as mentioned above!
Breakdown: In general, manufacturing time tends to be around 3 to 4 weeks. After that, I will need at least 1 week for the pins to get to me, and then I will need to inspect each of them and package them. Since shipping right now is subject to heavy fluctuations, I would say 9 weeks at the very least to be safe. But rest assured, if I can get them to you faster, I will!
- When will my order ship if I purchase instock and pre-order a pin in the same order?
- Will there be instock to purchase after pre-orders?
Yes, there will be, although the number of instock available for purchase will vary depending on the pin design. Instock will also be priced higher than pre-orders.
- Can I get a refund?
Unless something goes majorly wrong during production, in which case I will refund all those who pre-ordered, all sales are final.
